My name is Federica Tisato, I have been working as a Mental Coach with Pro Athletes and Elite Clubs, Coaches and Managers for 15 years and I am part of the team “Psicologi dello Sport Italia”. I graduated in Psychological Sciences and Pedagogy from the University of Padua, and then I obtained my Master’s degree in Mental Coaching and Human Performance at the C.I.S.P.A.T. – Centro di Psicologia Breve Applicata in Padua. Thereafter, I followed a training course at CONI in Applied Neuroscience for Sport, specialising in the use of Autogenic Training Techniques for Athletes.

I use a method that involves the use of training focusing on analysing the athlete’s strengthening needs, to achieve the optimal performance plan.

I am Sara Spadoni and, in my life, I deal with orientation, career guidance, development, training and sport management.

In the past, I was a synchronised swimming athlete until I chose to dedicate myself to my studies, obtaining a degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University and a Master’s in International Management at Imperial College London. In 2012 I obtained an Executive Diploma in Sport Management at SDA Bocconi. This is where my journey between sport, education and people began: I have worked in Switzerland, France, the USA, Qatar and England, holding roles as project manager, career advisor and L&D manager for UEFA, Aspire, RCS Sport and SDA Bocconi.

In 2020 – with other experts in sport, business, finance and HR – I found Opera: a network where we provide athletes with our expertise, helping them to understand which path and professional projects to take up post-career.
